For kids who can't get enough, join the club for two in-person classes a month, plus a take-home creative kit to keep the fun going.

FAQ

Questions? We've Got Answers

Everything you need to know before booking your event.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks ahead, especially for weekend birthday parties and weddings. Popular dates can fill up quickly, so the earlier you reach out, the more likely we can lock in your date and time.
How much space do you need?
A cleared area roughly the size of a few folding tables is usually plenty, indoors or outdoors. Let us know your setup (backyard, community room, park pavilion, etc.) when you book and we'll make sure everything fits comfortably.
Do you provide tables and chairs?
We bring all art supplies, smocks, and activity materials. Tables and seating are typically provided by the host/venue, but if you need us to bring tables, just ask, we're happy to accommodate for an additional fee.
What ages are your classes best for?
Most of our classes work well for ages 3–12, with age ranges noted on each class. We adjust activities on the fly to make sure younger and older kids in the same group are all engaged.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before an event are eligible for credit toward a future A&A Creative Play event, valid for 3 months. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. If we need to cancel, you'll receive a full refund or credit.
Do you travel outside South DeKalb?
We're based in South DeKalb and primarily serve the surrounding areas. For events further out, reach out and we'll let you know if we can make it work.

About Us

More Than a Business. It's a Legacy

A&A Creative Play was born from a simple belief: every child deserves a space where their creativity is celebrated, not contained.

The name A&A carries something deeply personal. It stands for the middle names of my two daughters, the reason I started this journey and the hearts behind everything I do. Every event, every brushstroke and every smile is for them.

What started as a cake decorating gathering with a few moms and their little ones has grown into a vision for something much bigger, a fully mobile creative studio bringing art, crafts and STEM experiences directly to families, schools, birthday parties, weddings and community events across South DeKalb and beyond.

We believe creativity is not a talent, it's a language every child already speaks. Our job is just to give them the paintbrush.
